A U.S. judge will consider whether to issue an injunction indefinitely blocking the Trump administration's sweeping directive to pause federal loans, grants and other financial assistance. The case is before U.S. District Judge Loren AliKhan in Washington. She had previously temporarily blocked the funding freeze pending a further hearing.
