11:30 - German grid regulator holds online press call on cost and incentive regulation in power and gas - The Bundesnetzagentur will inform reporters on developments in its so-called incentive regulation for operators of electricity and gas network infrastructure. This concerns the reform of a system of spending returns for the five years from 2028/29. The agency juggles cost and efficiency parameters to try and allow enough earnings to lure investors but must also keep down consumer bills.

Hearing in UK lawsuit against Microsoft over cloud computing licences - London's Competition Appeal Tribunal will hear a bid to certify legal action against Microsoft over a claim that thousands of businesses using cloud computing services provided by Amazon, Google and Alibaba could be paying higher licence fees to use Windows Server software. Competition lawyer Maria Luisa Stasi filed the case last year, claiming that British businesses and organisations could collectively be owed more than 1 billion pounds in compensation.
